Abstract

This is a review of Stanisława Łojewska-Szypluk’s "Porta Supraśla", a book dedicated to a circle of people who have been working for years in or with the Secondary School of Arts in Supraśl. The author praises an original structure of the publication, emphasizing the fact that its narrative creates an aura of uniqueness and is very attractive from the reader’s perspective. Apart from all unquestionable assets, the publication has some minor flaws, which are also referred to in the review.
