Abstract

The article is devoted to the political writing of the famous music critic H. Neuhaus. The image of music is analysed in his book Autobiographical notes. Selected articles. Letters to parents, where the image of music is recreated in a special way. The conclusion is drawn that the author directs journalistic communication into the emotional rather than rational direction of the reader’s perception. In his journalistic work, Heinrich Neuhaus uses the laws of art and in particular music to evoke perception, emotion, feelings in the communicator, it is the main task of his critical works.
