Abstract

Nowadays libraries offer a variety of activities for people of all ages. Also the public is more open to the library offer. The youngest readers are introduced to the world of books using a variety of activities. Educational classes, competitions and workshops are organized. Librarians should not only have librarian qualifications, but what is more important, pedagogical. They should learn from the leading pedagogues. In such a library, librarians face a huge challenge. They must have the right features and passion. They should improve practice constantly their skills to find themselves in a modern library.
