Abstract
This article is a review of one of the newest books of Noam Chomsky titled What Kind of Creatures Are We?. The volume features a set contemporary outlooks of the author concerning topics such as: linguistics, politics and economy all combined by a leading theme of language and its nature. Through the question concerning the essence of the human species, Chomsky provides a coherent summary of his notions. The author, while expanding on the philosophical aspects of his works, delivers a book that can serve as an introduction to the ideas of one of the greatest linguists of all time.
