Abstract

The article aims to analyse diegetic narration in a novel by Ryszard Kapuściński (1932–2007) entitled "Shah of Shahs" (1982). Moreover, the researcher presents his own deliberations on Shiitism as an ideology of suffering people, whose philosophy of life currently precludes mutual approximation and permeation of the Muslim and Christian culture.
