Striving to demonstrate the potential of such a reading, the author aims to conceptualise it internally: in order for it to be credible, it is essential to take into account not only the subtle apparatus of Ingarden’s detailed notions of analysis, but also the complex and multifaceted manner in which Ingarden’s theory is transposed onto the ground of Norwid’s varied artistic practice. In a carefully selected selection of the poems illustrating the problems related to the specification of the layer of schematised appearances (***[Klaskaniem mając obrzękłe prawice…] [Having applaud-swollen hands...], Jak... [How…], »Ołówkiem« na księżeczce o Tunce [»In Pencil« on the Booklet on Tunka], ***[Na jakie stać mię, bracie – takieć piszę listy…] [Such letters as I can afford, brother, such are the ones I write...]), the aim of this study is to show the scale of Norwid’s use of deschematisation, breaking the continuity of layers, “synecdochic flickering”, multi-perspective, multi-layered, or – as Ingarden himself puts it – “dissonant polyphonic harmony” of the work as such.
}, number={1}, journal={Bibliotekarz Podlaski}, author={Samsel, Karol}, year={2021}, month={May}, pages={161–188} }
