How to Cite
Abstract
The article discusses four plays by contemporary Russian playwright Victor Shenderovich (Two Angels, Four humans, Schweitzer's Namesake, Evening Departure of a Blind Society, The Current) from the standpoint of their generic classification, authorial presentation, and story features. Analyzing the poetics of these works, we notice their satirical thrust and the absurdity of events.
